Part of what I love about the girls' names is that they were both popular 100 years ago and many people with those names are now great-grandmas. Both names evoke a vision for me of sweet old ladies rocking away together on a porch. I pray Ella and Sadie will live meaningful lives full of love and will be enjoying each other on a front porch somewhere many years from now.

4th of July
These aren't the best pics but it's fun to see the cousins in front of the same tree in their 4th of july garb one year older! Hannah (1), Christopher (3), and Ella (2) Hannah (2), Christopher (4), Ella (3)
They are dramatically older looking in the 2nd picture-it almost makes me cry! And the posing was definitely not on purpose-we barely got them to stand still and not hurt each other! Michelle's tree is a nice back drop. Hope they don't move :-)
SO CUTE! That's so fun that you did it at the same place on the same day.
ReplyDeleteHaha! Did we pose them the same way on purpose?
ReplyDeleteI haven't even looked at my pics, hopefully I got at least one good one. If not, maybe Aaron did.
They are SO big!!

ReplyDeleteI hope the tree is not fenced in. This could be a wonderful yearly project. Thanks.
